YESAction empowers high school students to take real environmental action in their schools and communities — through awareness, action, and advocacy.
We educate students on the environmental challenges facing their generation — from climate change to resource scarcity to local sustainability gaps.
We turn awareness into impact through chapter-led initiatives in schools and communities — gardens, water campaigns, cooking workshops, and more.
We give youth a voice in shaping a sustainable future — speaking up in schools, in cities, and in policy conversations that affect their world.

YESAction operates across the United States and China, with chapters bringing local sustainability action to their schools and communities. As we grow, our chapter network is expanding to new regions and reaching more students every year.
The Sustainability Leadership Training Program (SLTP) is YESAction's flagship certification for student leaders. Through five video modules, knowledge checks, and a real-world capstone project, students earn official YESAction certification — and the skills to lead.
