These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YESAction website, chapter portal, dashboard, Sustainability Leadership Training Program (SLTP), and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by YESAction, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 92-1783573) ("YESAction," "we," "us," or "our").

YESAction empowers high school students to take environmental action in their schools and communities through awareness, action, and advocacy initiatives, including YESEducation, YESWater, YESOutreach, YESWaste, YESEnergy, YESFood, YESThread, and YESWild.
Our Services are designed primarily for high school-aged students, educators, chapter leaders, and community members who support youth environmental action. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, in compliance with applicable law.

YESAction operates through student-led chapters in schools and communities. Chapters and their members are responsible for ensuring their local initiatives comply with applicable school policies, local laws, and safety guidelines. YESAction provides resources, curriculum, and certification programs but does not directly supervise on-the-ground chapter activities. Adult sponsors, teachers, or guardians should be involved in chapter activities where appropriate.
SLTP is offered free of charge and includes video modules, knowledge checks, and a capstone project. Certification is awarded at YESAction's discretion upon successful completion of program requirements. We may update, modify, or discontinue SLTP content at any time.

If you submit content to us (such as initiative photos, capstone project materials, testimonials, or blog contributions), you grant YESAction a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our mission and Services. YESAction is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations made through our Services are voluntary and, to the extent permitted by law, may be tax-deductible. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding the deductibility of any contribution. Donation receipts will be provided in accordance with IRS requirements.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites.
